    Each week, Stevie and his network of trusted fishmongers select what's landed best from British day-boats. Whole fish are scaled, filleted and trimmed to order.

  2. 02

    Customers order online before weekly cut-off

    Choose from this week's catch and our curated fishmonger pantry. Orders close every Wednesday at 6pm — small, seasonal, never frozen.

  3. 03

    Fresh seafood delivered directly to your door

    Hand-packed into insulated, recyclable boxes with ice packs. Next-morning delivery to selected UK postcodes — usually Friday.
